Recovery of dairy product manufacture in 2010
n 2010, milk collection recovered compared to 2009 despite the steady decline in suppliers. Organic products expanded again taking market shares away from conventional products. Cheese production was higher than in 2009 and the sales of fresh products bounced back positively.
